I saw a clip on CBS I think that speculated that it had generated enough income for the Morgan Stanley grp to earn back what it cost so now they are looking to sell it for a capital gain of ~100%. My guess is the big beautiful tax bill includes some kind of incentive to sell rather than keep it.
