1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
Brown sugar

Dice pear, strain through fine sieve to remove excess juice
Stir in honey
Place pears in pastry/fold
Sprinkle cinnamon/brown sugar over pastry top
Bake 210°/15 mins
