Yes, small wealthy communities across the state are fending off the developers with lawsuits, but small (not wealthy) communities that don’t have the transit infrastructure and economic resources (Fire, civil and safety) to support growth are not able…

Overburdening small town infrastructure (power,water, waste removal, fire water!), creating safety concerns with sudden need for evacuating small (now much larger) towns during wildfires, sudden growth altering the milieu of small town community life.
