Nevermind I looked it up and what they are actually doing is paving the entirety of the small unpaved area. I've never seen the parking lot there much fuller than it is in this satellite image. I can't believe that this isn't just being installed in the existing parking lot.

I've received multiple requests for donations from an organization that used to be great but just seems to have fallen apart today. I went to their website to see what they plan to do with the money they are asking for and well...this doesn't exactly imbue confidence in their ability to deliver.

This style of pedestrian refuge was used on Killingsworth near the new apartment building on Cully. It has been a complete failure, the bike lane is constantly blocked by parked cars. Without enforcement this creates a dangerous situation. Google Satellite shows 4 cars blocking the lane.
