Firefox is different from chrome because it’s not owned by an ad-tech profiting from tracking your everything and still allows blocking and fingerprinting protections. If you care about privacy at all, the browser matters more than almost any other tool, and right now Chrome is the weakest link.

Chrome is working against you. Google’s business is tracking and advertising, and Chrome is part of that ecosystem by design. Chrome increasingly limits what privacy tools can do (like weakening ad/tracker blockers), while still feeding behavioral data back into Google’s infrastructure.
