I always end up opening my Christmas presents early 🎅 🤫

Girlfriend is sleeping because its almost 4AM and she has work tomorrow, but I've been instructed to wake her up if Half Life 3 is announced at the Game Awards... I think she'll be sleeping soundly. 😴

I stopped using Spotify earlier this year, but decided to check out my wrapped...... this feels like a personal attack.

The Zine (Asian Cinema Shine) is slowly coming together. Should hopefully be out by the end of the month and will be free. Still trying to figure out where to publish it... maybe Internet archive 🤔 Having a lot of fun writing it. Feels great to throw myself into a new project like this :)

Sato's early work being released on Blu-ray, is nothing short of incredible! Truly one of the best-looking sets I've seen, and without a doubt the most exciting release of the year. I can hardly wait to see what Sato's are released next!!

My girlfriend went above and beyond with this year's Halloween gifts: the Coffin Joe box set and a mint-condition issue of Asian Cult Cinema Magazine featuring an interview with Hisayasu Sato! She knows me so well, but she went way over budget lol.

I've been doing 'Asian Horror September' every year since 2019. It's exactly what it sounds like and in that entire time I haven't been able to convince a single person to do it with me. Spooky season is the best time of year and this gives you one whole extra month of scares. Do people hate fun?!?!
