Fair enough in theory. What happens if supplier are maintaining that price? What increase in price increase determines a gouge? I think it’s all window dressing and will not be actioned.

Being devils advocate for a moment, when does price gouging occur? Who determines it? Is a 5% increase in 6mths too much? 12mths? I can’t see it working unfortunately
