At Midwest Gaming Classic, I had a Game Boy Camera live feed on my laptop. People enjoyed seeing themselves via that ancient technology. The Game Boy setup was a little haphazard, and didn't invite people touching it. Some people did anyway. These are their saved photos.

It’s weird where ideas come from. This is a picture of the first “game” I made in GB Studio—just a playground to try out the software, really. But this boy’s ridiculous warning turned into a full-fledged experience once I decided to take GB Studio seriously.

Some modern recreations of consoles, such as those from Retron, don't play nicely with SD-based flash carts. To get Radio Ghosts running on the Retron Sq, I had to use the cart I flashed myself.

Then you test your cart on hardware. My experience has been that you should test things on as many variations as possible--sometimes problems will show up on one device that don't show up on others. I have a backlit GB Pocket, an unmodded GB color, and a backlit GB color.
