The closest I have found is comicvine.gamespot.com, but not for chronological sorting. Also, the inclusion of foreign editions of comics is a bit much.

I really miss www.comicbookdb.com. It was such a great website for sorting issue information in chronological order for heroes, and so much other information. I know you can navigate some of the info through wayback, web.archive.org/web/20160307..., but sometimes difficult to do that and no update

What about stories when the X-Men Comic was originally cancelled? Such as the Ka-Zar Angel stories, the Beast stories in Amazing Adventures, and the team adventures in Captain America and Marvel Team-Up? Or just the major cross-overs?

Part 2 - Started reading the Epic Collection in order. For example, Vol 1 Fantastic Four, then Ant-Man/Giant-Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, Thor, Human Torch, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Avengers, X-men, then back to Vol 2 Fantastic Four and so on. Currently in 1969. All great stuff.

Part 1 - That takes dedication. I started reading comics in the early 70's, Marvel & DC. To be honest, not really a fan of the art or stories of the last two decades, but missed reading. I never really read a lot of Marvel's 60's stories, except for all the reprints in the 70's.
