As someone who is already 47 (but doesn't notice really) the moment you start saying shit like "I'm old" your body believes it. Just live your life and try to only do things that bring you joy. Enjoy your leveling up!

Ah gotcha. I've been video editing for so long on Premiere and After Effects I never bothered to look into those I just know they exist ha ha.
