painting of disney character, the phantom blot, in an unmasked design- he is normally shown completely covered in a black cloak. here he's got a black business suit. he is a dognose character- a design convention disney comics evolved where a human is drawn, given a black bean nose, and floppy ears, and called a dog. he's got a pencil moustache and slicked short hair with sideburns. he has a strong light shining on him, and his shadow is shaped like his phantom blot disguise, including visible eye holes
