Yes he's rigged the rules, but opposition are invisible in their own ridings. They are polite to the point of ineffectiveness.

I don't understand the apathy. I live in an NDP riding, and rarely a push against Ford and his buddies. A few mandatory "oh dear this is terrible" comments and then they go radio silent.

And who leads the Liberals now? Mr Nobody. Can't even name him. The silence from both sides speaks loudly.
