Haven't looked at the code, but I presume it doesn't always have time to draw all enemies before the frame time runs out. They then probably just skip the sprite and it will "blink" (not be drawn) for one frame.

Yeah, me too! I've been talking to so many people, I missed the ending. And even so, there's many people I wanted to talk to, but didn't have the time. One day is not enough!
