Computer nerd and photography enjoyer.

I've always wanted to drive the Nordschleife with a wheel and pedals ❤️

Need to work on aligning the monitors a bit, but I'm amazed at how simple this was to get going.

I fucking love New Wave

Half off Friday Flights in Lowe's Foods is low key a vibe.
Feckin $8.47 for both is wild.

Built a new PC for Jenna and everything booted up on the first try 🙌

On my way out the door to grab some groceries and noticed some Mourning Doves on the neighbor's roof. Fortunately they stayed there long enough for me to frantically run inside and grab my camera and telephoto lens ❤️ didn't even notice the cloud trails until I was editing.

Maybe I'll just make infrared edits? 🤔
Love the surrealist feel it has.

I really want to try infrared photography but it's kinda expensive to get into :/
But I can kinda get similar effects in Lightroom with color profile adjustments. The main thing is the light will never quite match, but the colors are probably close.

Struggling to settle on a single edit is my forte.

Wish I could have a full day to just toodle around. I'm enjoying the 20mm but definitely struggling without an EVF in the sun.

I've got a silly idea for a photo series. Me and Jenna always say "That's us" in relation to two inanimate objects that are close to each other. I've been seeing pairs of items more on my little journeys, and it might be interesting to try to capture some unique pairings.

Accidentally used portrait mode on my phone while trying to document cheese prices.

Sometimes you only get one good shot in a day. And sometimes it happens to be on the way to pick up Indian food for dinner. Loving the 20mm prime.

Rang in the first day of summer at a local greenway and walked away with some nice shots. Wish I could go out after work today, but a nasty storm is rolling in.

Turns out Cliff Swallows are really difficult to photograph. Even hard after clouds cover the evening sun. But I managed to nab this fella before I lost all the light. We had a good little stare off.

Fuji SLR lens adapted to a Canon 80D.
F/1.6, possibly lower because of the adapters internal optics. Very soft focus and creamy bokeh :D

Made a post on reddit with some of my photos and I'm overwhelmed by some of the responses 🥲

Surprised that I encountered a really well designed and intentional war memorial.

I went after Goldfinches and ended up with Chipping Sparrows but I'm not complaining c:

Deep love-hate relationship with the Microsoft Designer app. I miss the Photoshop Mix app so much and this fills the void, but boy does it push AI too much 😔

Still, can get some lovely edits out of it though.

Shooting some wildflowers with a mix of Retropia and the 14mm prime. The Retropia produces such pleasant glares but it takes a very specific angle to get them.
June 18, 2025 at 2:54 AM
I don't usually use presets, but I'm a big fan of Micro Four Nerds' "Streetwise" preset.
2 of these were shot on the Retropia lens which adds an incredible amount of noise and some general softness natively.

Enjoying some style experiments 😎
This was the whole point of picking up the GF5.

I love that our little neighborhood has so many rabbits.

Picked up an older Lumix camera with the idea of having an "edc" to take along. Found out real quick I want a 40mm full frame equivalent to pair with it.
June 16, 2025 at 5:46 PM
Getting a lil eclectic wit it

I love clouds. Especially storm clouds in Golden Hour. Even though they mess up every other type of shot, they're just wonderful high contrast objects that are impossible to mess up with autofocus.
