I feel her back is a bit short for standard, but that neck is so hugable!
Toffee is an Albufera, a closed breed from a very dear friend of mine -closed as not myo, you can acquire one in lots of other ways-

Ref sheet of a closed breed horse, called Albufera. Their main trait is a muscle covered wither -and strong croup, as a working breed-, giving their backs a very smooth line
This one is a bay tobiano mare, named Toffee
