I’ve never been a conspiracy theorist. But I firmly believe she’s received credible threats against her and/or her family, and from people far more powerful than the usual MAGA rabble

I don’t think non-lawyers understand how high the bar is (so to speak) to actually disbar someone. She could maybe, possibly be reprimanded, but that’s about it.

Unless they can show that she knowingly attempted to deceive the court, it's not a disciplinary offense. It's just stupidity.

I find it ironic that ABC did this the same evening that Good Night and Good Luck was livestreamed by CNN. So many of us watching that said "Where's our Edward R. Murrow?" It's a good thing Murrow lived then, and not now. The craven cowards at ABC would have suspended him.
