Bishop of Sherborne. Following in the footsteps of Aldhelm.
Good to complete trio of inductions in Poole. Today licenced both Luke at All Saints & Lerys at St Clement’s as incumbents. Wonderful congregations with over 100 communicants at All Saints & 3 types of sherry on offer. There are some great posts in Dorset. It’s an amazing place to be.

Great morning at St Michael’s, Hamworthy, joining them for joy filled worship and rededicating the newly refurbished church. Pews replaced with what is apparently church chair of the year.

First meeting of our Discipleship, Vocation & ministry committee this morning with added pastries.Great conversations on vocation, calling & being the body of Christ. More about culture less about procedures, more about kingdom transformation, less about church. Thanks @jonathantriffitt.bsky.social

Encouraging day listening to some of our lead chaplains. A varied conversation around distinctiveness, authenticity, welcome, ethics, prophetic voice. Feathers on the breath of God was how one described it. So grateful for their ministry.
