Jann: This seems like a military installation, I’ve seen a number on Kelrenia but never in this good of condition. Mike: That is our current guess, Dr Del-lex’s mission was going to go up in few months to figure it out. The engineers just finished installing the docking and hab module and have only done some minor scouting. Jann: We’ll need to find the command centre, we should be able to figure out what this brutalist machine does there. Thankfully the Rymina seemed to have pretty consistent layouts of military facilities. Jet: They sure put brutal into brutalism. Panel 2: Mike, an anthropomorphic lizard, and Asha, an anthropomorphic Aussie-Shepard, looking at a computer console. Mike: Our linguist will be set up in a moment, she’ll be up there with you in 36 hours but you have her on the comms for now. Asha: Avenier One, this is the linguist, do you copy? Panel 3: A shot looking at the Aveniers from behind with a sentry like warrior statue stand at attention a good 30 meters back. Nadya: We copy Asha: I’m Asha Jemison, I’ll be your translator. Nadya: Lovely, we are heading to the command centre now. Panel 4: A shot from above showing the four Aveniers floating their way down the hall. Asha: Once you get to the command centre, hook me up and we can get to figuring this place out. Jann: Wait, you’re one of Dr Dawson’s colleagues, correct? Asha: “Colleagues”, yeah. Jann: Good to know we're in good company, we’ll need to do our best to not get caught in the weeds of this station’s history until you can get here. Diane: And be prepared for how settling this place is, it ain’t feel right.

A new section sets out situations in which a municipality shall not reduce or permit a reduction in the number of lanes that are available for use by motor vehicles and makes changes to the related regulation-making powers. Amendments are also made respecting the reimbursement of municipalities that provide support or information respecting the removal or reconfiguration of bicycle lanes required under the Act. 7. Subsection 209 (2) of the Act is amended to provide that the Board’s power to review decisions or orders is subject to any prescribed limitations or conditions. New subsection 209 (3) of the Act provides that a request to review a decision or order must be submitted within 15 days of the issuance of the decision or order, unless the Board considers it just and appropriate to extend that time in the circumstances.

Panel 2: The space plane continues it’s approach, a retrofitted module attached to the side of the station by the space program comes into view while the space plane opens it’s cargo bay doors. The module was designed to allow Kelrenian spaceships to dock with the ancient Rymina station.
