Not in my usual mini studio. This morning BBC Radio 4 Today is being broadcast from Salford, so I'll be on air with Nick Robinson in the main studio at around 0745. Till then, it's a cup of the notorious BBC tea.

Final load in the dishwasher after welcoming 20 guests to last night's Christmas Supper for our cathedral and diocesan leaders and partners. Lovely to be able to thank such committed and hardworking colleagues. As ever, our daughter was head caterer.
