The warrant is classified as of now. But the charges levied against the two currently are of crimes against humanity and war crimes (from ICC statement). Legally, they’ve not been charged under the article 6 (Rome statute) governing genocide. So it’s not likely, it’s pretty much sure.

This is not to undermine what these warrants mean - in fact it’s a recognition of a milestone. The int’l community has pushed for warrants, let’s push further. I don’t mean to dismiss the progress, but rather, to take cognizance and push even further because the struggle does not end here.
