I found out that three pieces of our duct work was completely removed which made it hard to circulate fresh air (once I fix the last hole this should dip below 800ppm for this room - the rest usually stick around that level now)
A line chart comparing the temperature and CO2 content of my upstairs bedroom. To summarize, I keep the temperature between 74 and 76 degrees F, while the CO2 concentration is 1,000-1,400.
