Gigs at Oxford Poly were usually student-only affairs back then too, but I managed to get into this one. I think Stiff must have insisted the tour was open to the public

£38 in today's money apparently, which is a lot for a 15-year-old school kid, but there weren't many decent gigs in Oxford to spend money on back then
