I've reduced my time on phone over past month or so as my mental health been bad. Not had a drink either and best thing I've ever done. Head in a totally different place.

I like to think I'm fair when it comes to the blades. Last nights performance really was awful. As CW says one game too far. Peck and gilchrist been great but they were out on their feet last night. Need a break. I'd give all of them a couple of days complete break from training.

Absolutely spot on. My daughter has to deal with severe anxiety. She can't leave the house a lot of the time. She got her GCSEs she needed nevertheless through bloody hard work at home and school when she could.
