That first goal against Wolves was like a missile, both in velocity and trajectory. Would have gone in had the goalie not gotten his hand on the ball.

University administrators, including those at MUSC, tend to agree to water down the assessment to avoid lawsuits and negative publicity. That is why we have many charlatans among senior faculty. That’s how we have ended up with the people running NIH and FDA now.

The problem you highlighted in PubPeer with Fig 3B and 6C is even more egregious. They use the same CAV1 image but different P-CAV1. It’s not a mistake. It’s data manipulation!

This is what happens when you have a MAHA grifter like Baccarelli in charge. @theharvardcrimson.bsky.social should look at how he became dean. He published a lot, but none of it is original.

Anyone who considers oneself a fan of the game should boycott this tournament next year.
December 6, 2025 at 3:43 AM
Now you see why I believe the best thing for the sport is a boycott of the tournament.

It has become abundantly clear that FIFA leadership is corrupt. The whole event should be boycotted.

I don’t think Trump will pardon Menendez bc he gets nothing out of it. Cuellar is charged with accepting bribes from Azerbaijan. Trump laundered money for that government (www.newyorker.com/magazine/201...). That history may have come up in pre-trial discovery.
Donald Trump’s Worst Deal
The President helped build a hotel in Azerbaijan that appears to be a corrupt operation engineered by oligarchs tied to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.

The trial hasn’t taken place yet and it may explain why Trump pardoned him. Recall that Trump family was laundering money in Azerbaijan. DOJ probably saw some pre-trial materials linked to that history and Trump doesn’t want it to come to light. www.newyorker.com/magazine/201...

I think Mosquera did fine, given how aggressive Chelsea remained after the red card. Disappointing performance from Madueke though. Outcome may have been different if the players had not made those silly fouls to earn the yellow cards.

What “conflict”?

It was a fantastic cross, but Eze’s through ball made this pass possible. And then there was the pass to Martinelli for the third goal. What a night!

I suppose they will be suing the DOJ or the government, in which case there won’t be any meaningful discovery that may be revealing. A great way for the senators to get in on the kleptocracy.
