my daughter was lucky to transition during Obama’s admin. AG Lynch spoke from the DOJ podium saying “we see you” to trans people, young and old. Her father and I were so hopeful for her future. Her treatment saved her life. My heart breaks for parents facing this cruelty and hurdles now 😢

Ah yes. My 84 yr old mom went to the ER for a fall today and they’re supposed to present her with a treatment menu with prices so she can pick and choose her tests?? “Oh, that cervical CT is too expensive, let me call the ER 75 miles away and see if they offer it cheaper?” FFS
