What??? How have you even got to that conclusion? There will be a mini set released in July (like Shrouded Fable last year) which will contain cards not yet released outside of Japan to ensure everyone has the same card pool.

Won’t they be in the pre-worlds set? Unless they ban this card for worlds for Japanese players
