Evening in Daukes hide, seeing a 1W Caspian Gull, 2 adult Yellow-legged gull, 6 Glossy ibis hidden away behind some reed and tall grass on Pat's pool - light didn't help either! A Barn owl did a flyby as I was packing up to leave. The geese dropping in, was the highlight of my evening - brilliant!

Warmest day today for atleast a few weeks! My first Cuckoo of the spring, also first sightings of Hairy hawker and 4-spot chaser. Finished the day off, with a Barn owl hunting, a Water rail calling and, a cracking sunset!

Couldn't resist taking a phone scope shot of this Oystercatcher, right infront of the hide at Cley!

It's been a great winter for Goosander at Cley, these 2 of 3 on Bayfield Lake this morning show well but, a pair of Raven overhead stole the show!
