Thank you! We need to stop giving his voters a pass because they were somehow "hoodwinked". And we need to bring back robust civics education so that people are aware there are *responsibilities* to citizenship, as well as "rights".

I mentioned they had attributed words to me that I did not write. The woman said she was the only one in charge of Op Ed and didn't have time to contact people to ask permission to edit. I've also had letters in the NYT. And they DO ask you if they wish to edit your letter. It's only right!

Called Op Ed dept. to ask why the changes and was told they reserve the right to edit for "extreme language". I said "Putin has murdered tons of people! It's not "extreme" to call him a butcher." And SHE said "Do you know that for a fact?" My jaw just dropped. I'll bet she was a Trumper.

I call Suzie Collins office and get a lecture from a staffer on how our problems are all "Biden's fault". When I try to reply, he talks over me.
