I use Krita now for some time.
It is very good and it does basically everything I want.

Since Dread is the only thing that can and wants to paint in this comp you will have issues against high painting teams. The other issue come from a team just isolating players, because of how every player relies on the other.

So the Tri is the only thing that kills fast.
This comp to me looks like it was built around the idea of annoying people with chip damage. Which can work if there's something to make up for the individually weak kill power. The Tri can make up for that but will have issues to go in.

The main downside I see is that both weapons have a long time to kill so stacking them together means that you don't have anything that kills fast.
