In my humble opinion, all I see is unorganized fish scattered about some grouping together trying to bite back but not nearly enough and as a whole to become the big fish.

If you have a workforce of 200k, you'll need a 150k to do the thing to put a dent in the flow and make bozo see you ain't playing around.

Granted, there are some that are putting in the effort and sacrificing things to try and make it happen, but some is not nearly close to enough to make it a reality.

The problem I notice is that not everyone is on the same page. They're not fully organized. Some just keep working and don't care because they're getting a paycheck. Some wary of union dues and ect. They don't want to put the real effort in and sacrifice some things.

Sometimes, us map builders are sneaky with hidden gems.

Well, anyway, plenty of grinding to do in black desert, their onboarding for new gamers is pretty good as well (no missing/vaulted content). The game is a marathon, not a race. They have an awesome experience event rn as well it is great for trying and leveling new characters.
