Time to ditch "CFS" completely and push for more recognition of ME. All "CFS" has done is minimize a devastating disease and encourage mockery of those affected.

Agreed. HUGE pet peeve of mine. "Chronic fatigue" is usually a short-term issue that fully resolves when the cause is addressed. It is *not* an abbreviation or synonym for ME/CFS. Conflating the two is incredibly trivializing to pwME but it happens all the time. Even within the ME community.

He was the sweetest, cuddliest, smartest little parrot with an infectious laugh and an endless appetite for our attention and company.

I do! My Ravelry link is in my bio. I've got a new scarf that will be posted soon, but probably not before Christmas.

Me too. 🙂

Thank you! I love this one and it's probably the least popular of all my designs. I thought it'd be a winner.

I sell my patterns on Ravelry! The samples I make to photograph are slowly taking over our house. 🤣

Thanks! I made enough so that my husband and I can each have half a dozen drinks on the go. Or, four each if you stop by. ;)

Beautiful work!

What if there's a need to read labels before selecting a product? Like if someone has an allergy, wants 100% cotton sheets, or needs sulfate-free shampoo? Is the associate going to follow them around as they read and compare? What if that someone rightly hates having staff hover? Bad for sales. 👎

Thank you! I need to make one for my own tree. This one went to live with a friend.

Yes, 8y ME almost to the day. Learned to crochet when I could no longer run, lift weights, ski, swim, cycle, etc. Was extremely active & I still run in my dreams. Loved my job.

I'm sorry you're in the same boat.

Great list! I'd like to be added, please.

Thank you! It took months to do.

Hello! I'd like to be added, please.

Aww, thanks! I love making new designs (writing up patterns is another story 🤣).

I name all my patterns after birds, but only a handful of them are actual images of birds. I'm working alphabetically and I've got designs in the works up to W. S, T and U will be ready to share soon, but none of those have birds.

I also learned after ME took away my athletic pursuits, and use it as a distraction. We used to feed birds, but we're taking a break due to bird flu concerns. We have a medically vulnerable geriatric pet bird, so we're trying to keep him safe.
