Pokemon Y

Fun! I had a blast going through this game and I think it's a bit too overhated. Kalos is a fun region to go through and I liked the new pokemon it gave us.

It also has the prettiest champion, I don't make the rules

I think I focus too hard on the objectively small failures I make that it becomes a detriment to how I play. My solution for now is to swap off Raven for a good while and play my other character, freshen the mind and then come back to the birb

Real opinion: This was really trippy, but wholesome. The aliens were cute, and the ending got me in stitches

Feis Forever
This was such a good documentary about Rotterdam rapper Feis. I'm not familiar with the scene at all, but hearing the stories that his friends/brothers told about him and how he died way too soon was really sad. They played his music throughout the docu, which was a really good idea.

Twilight of the warriors: walled in

10/10, what a movie to end my first iffr night with. The action was second to none, the choreography was insane, I got really invested in the story. It was such an amazingly enjoyable experience

Video Kings

Second IFFR screening, a czech documentary about piracy and rychlodabing. It was really interesting to hear all the stories and anecdotes, the part about background noise got the whole crowd laughing. Pleasant watch if you're a VHS fan

Baik Punya Ah Long

My first IFFR screening for this edition, and boy was it fun! This movie is a hilarious musical about two guys who are kinda stupid becoming loan sharks. The songs slap and it got me giggling up a storm. Big reccomend!!

Wallace and gromit: The wrong trousers and Vengeance most fowl.

I had never interacted with Wallace and Gromit before this, but it was really fun. Some jokes really got to me, and feather's mcgraw is a masterclass in conveying emotions while being a mouthless penguin. Really fun, big reccomend!

Squid game 2
This was kinda really good. The games were more interesting than the first 3 games of season 1. Six legged pentathlon was super cool. I liked the cast of characters in this one, but the sub-plot was weak at the moment.
Nothing tops s1e6 still, but we'll see what season 3 has in store.

Hatsune Miku Project diva mega mix+

Doing this as an archipalego randomizer despite having only played project diva way back in the ps3 era. Game is kicking my ass, but it's enjoyable. Weekender girl is my favourite miku song
