Made some progress on a prototype tonight! Ignore the fact that the enemy gains health after being attacked on the second turn... There's clearly some math to adjust. 😅

Debug, a game in which the player places groups of tiles to create a path for an autonomous robot to reach the exit. The groups of tiles or tilesets are provided from a queue, similar to Tetris. The first version of Tetris that ported to run on IBM PCs, released in 1984. All the text is in Russian because it was created by then Russian citizen Alexey Pajitnov. Sokoban, originally designed by Japanese developer Hiroyuki Imabayashi in 1981 and published by Thinking Rabbit in 1982.

The overworld map for the game, Debug. It's a pixel art design. Several squares are scattered across the image, all connected by green circuits. A large computer chip in the center connects all of the individual sections.

The Rev. Cedric is one of the very first people you'll encounter in "The Inn at Nightfall!" This also shows off some scene additions, including the clock, the logbook and sideboard, and the updated background with proper shadows!

The door is open, looking out into a bright, well-lit forest. There's also a clock hanging on the wall to the right of the door, a sideboard with a book on it to the left of the door, and a half-circle window above the door letting light in. Just outside the door is an older white man with a cane. He's reasonably well dressed with a blazer, vest, tie (tucked under his vest), and a bowler hat. He's wearing large, round glasses and his mustache obscures most of his lower face.
