Totally agree - the Tories have liked to posture on crime by sentencing more and more people for longer and longer, without expanding the estate or looking at rehabilitation. I say a custodial sentence here as a fine would be meaningless to a billionaire (cost of doing business).

Those points look about right - I might add restricting donations to those of voting age, and making it a criminal offence (punishable by prison sentence, not fines) to donate on someone else's behalf or have someone donate on your behalf.

To be fair, Elon bought a company already called that then kicked the founders out and claimed to be one of them. His imagination only goes as far as 'x' (x.com the bank, reused for Twitter, and Space X), so him thinking of Tesa would be a stretch. 😂
