@scottsantens.com You also have to accept people as customers of your bank manually. This is an anti-spam thing. Banks also do that, otherwise a trillion customer requests could break their database. If you manually add @veripare.bsky.social, the credit limit he already set for you will auto-sync.

@scottsantens.com Person-to-person redistribution requires you do what bank does, set credit limits. In normal bank you have infinite credit limit to the bank. With people-bank you would set it lower as they can fail (normal bank can also fail and all your money is useless, happens sometimes).

Not seen much people publicly discussing "one person, one unit of stake" for traditional countries. I think it would be good if that possibility is covered just as much as alternative proof-of-unique-person. Traditional countries already have a population register and infrastructure to verify PoUP.
