Moving your ship back and forth quickly kicks up "gusts." While powerful as a bomb, gusting is also a key scoring technique in most game modes: each hit activates the gust multiplier, adding up to 9x the score value!

Blast Rush LS adds 6 new bomb types plus the original 3! Each ship has their own category: Direct (big & brief); Lob (grenade/missile), and Roll (screen-clearers that "roll" across the screen). Find what fits you best!

Blast Rush LS includes Blast Rush Classic, aka "Classic" mode! The big difference from LS is that you only get one life! It's not perfect, but it's our history - and if you like scores, you get another place to rack up points!

Flash Rush is another of the Blast Box minigames in Blast Rush LS: Only your flashlight can briefly expose cloaked enemies so they can be shot down. It's also the only part in the game where the gun is more powerful.

Time Attack is the first of four all-new minigames in the Blast Rush LS "Blast Box!" It's a unique 3-minute run where you can grab time emblems to push back the clock and stay in the game.

The 4th and final Blast Box minigame is Ship Toss: Build momentum then launch a ship at just the right angle to mow down stationary enemies... and self-destruct at the last second for a grab at points!

Back in Blast Rush Classic, beating Standard style was a little anticlimactic, but Blast Rush LS adds a boss fight! The menacing Eye Max will try very hard to destroy you before you can escape the tunnel. Staying mobile is imperative!

In Tier 2 of the Blast Box minigames you'll find the Gust Gauntlet: You only have gust attacks to make it through this tricky tunnel made up of enemies! Unlock Tier 2 by trying the Tier 1 games, the main LS Mode styles, and Classic.

DEEP BLAST RUSH LORE POST:
Your machine gun is overheated and weakened, so bullets won't be as strong as bombs. In LS Mode, using the gun nets extra points per hit. Pair that with blasting and gusting for maximum score!

New screen tweaks are available in Blast Rush LS. Choose from two screen sizes, multiple wallpapers (per mode!) or rotate any which way. Rotation also works in Classic mode for that mobile-accurate 9:16 touch!
