Explain it like I’m 5: the party that represents progress, social evolution, and the shedding of rigid dogma is being led by a bunch of 60+ year old career politicians. Nothing screams “the party of the common man” like a bunch of millionaires who work about 100 days a year looking bored.

I have very little faith that this will accomplish much. But it does feel like a test of how interested we are in direct action. If this turns into a fringe effort that very few people commit to, you can see where we are as a movement.

It’s frustrating to try to explain to people what I’m sure we already know; this is what MAGA voters want. This is what the GOP have been working towards. None of this is “out of control”, it’s “the plan coming together”.
Stop watching in horror. Start enacting countermeasures.
