She conducts manipulative field experiments supplemented by long-term surveys & spatial analysis techniques.

Meet Dr. Jasmine Ferrario, BINV editor & marine ecologist at the Dept of Earth & Env Sciences, Univ of Pavia, Italy. She focuses on marine bioinvasions & fouling communities in Mediterranean ports. She loves taxonomy, esp. bryozoans, which are quite diverse & abundant also in artificial habitats!
