Q: The other officer who came upon Boelter and saw him sitting in a vehicle, did she report that or realize it was suspect?
ACTING US ATTORNEY THOMPSON: I don't think she did. She knew something was awry and then he proceeded to Brooklyn Park and carried out the next shooting.
