My favourite artist from the North Peace of BC, where I grew up, is Mike Kroecher. I don't have a favourite painting by him, I like a lot of his work. Something about the colors and the care he takes with the landscapes, he knows that space in his heart like I do.

My favourite paintings of Manchester are Adolphe Valette's, 100 years later this scene from Oxford road still resonates! The atmosphere, the activity. Lowry is more famed for his mancunian scenes, but Valette just really captures it for me.

New-to-us house radon reduction part 1, sealing cracks. Hopefully this will do the trick, our levels are in the 300s, would love to get it down to <100 if we can.
