using goodreads reviews to find things I might enjoy...

Every time a book is vaguely experimental, the reviews just spend the entire time masturbating over the author, and trying to use words that likely outshine anything found in the book it self while saying nothing. Stop that.

I realized how to finish book, probably about 100-300 pages but I know what to do 🥺

At 140,000ish words, with at least one more act, covering several very large plot arcs. The length of the text makes it unpublishable :/, even if I were to cut the book down the middle - finding a good cliffhanger point. I don't have any kind of previous reputation that would give a publisher trust

I'll probably use this site for book stuff, although the site is so dreadfully slow and unpopulated by the majority of any kind of niche publisher that I'm not sure if that'll work either
