Reworked the SVG stat icons, leaning more into identifiable designs rather than adhering to the game icons

Changed my list of filters into organized dropdown menus.

Working on breaking things down into simpler parts and condensing my styling into distinct categories.

No more messy CSS

Got all the stat icons formatted as svgs, and made a new layout for the relic display.

Previously was using Data URIs which are nice, but they either are too small making them fuzzy or too large causing an increase in file size and slower load times.

SVGs are a nice compromise between high resolution and performance.

Working on a relic filter for Honkai Star Rail.
