I need to start holding myself accountable for practicing form and process for my archery, as well as maintaining my strength. Going to try for 12 arrows a day, 3 days a week.

The indoor season is going to be a trip. Decided I probably won't compete as much as I did last year until I work on my shot process and the target panic I get that makes me snap shoot more than I want to. Trying Olympic recurve to help me learn to aim without releasing immediately
