Today's album was Rick James - 'Bustin Out'; great funk album and awesome production. Rick really was shredding on guitar in both Bustin Out and Fool on the Street...

For reasons, I haven't been posting albums in the last two days...but the challenge is still ongoing. Listened to Two Black Hippy yesterday and TDE is officially on top right now IMHO...not even close. And anyone who disagrees PLEASE DROP...this competition in hip hop is beautiful.

Yesterday's album was Vince Staples' Big Fish Theory. I wasn't listening closely because I was thinking "Crabs In A Bucket" was just typical bragging about shit...this album really started to feel good two tracks in. I'm so happy I'm falling for Hip Hop again...religion almost killed my love.

When this mixtape came out, I would say that "So Far Gone" by Drake was different. I didn't listen to the whole thing till today because I want to see what the man put out to have fans still love him despite 'everything'...respect, this album is good.

On Wednesday, enjoyed listening to Anderson.Paak's "Ventura". This album I loved; I'm not good with a description but I can just say this is the type of R&B I've been missing for some time. These type of albums are why I'm doing this: so many good songs and I wouldn't here them without seeking.

Tuesday's album was Chaser by Terje Rypdal; really is like a cross between jazz and metal. Good as an album but honestly can't remember a standout track.

Also, today chose to listen to Cherry Bomb by Tyler the Creator. Liked the album but I can see why this was a jolt to fans when released...personally, I actually liked the instrumentals more than the album.
