You might want to investigate what happens when Heat Pumps go wrong and the setup in the UK for repairs…my HP has been faulty for 7 weeks despite 6 engineers having a crack at fixing it. Less than 2 years old…

Yep. Seen Android mostly…does appear a less than stable system & the only solution to an issue appears to be reboot the whole plane (often when I’m in the middle of a movie).
I’ve been on a long haul flight where they had to do it twice in the space of 8 hours!

It’s the fact you have 5 bars of signal, but zero data getting though that drives me nuts. Chronic under investment in the network. I’ve switched providers, but they’re all pretty rubbish now.
