To be fair, I made a decision to go through these 88 pages of courts decision (work in progress)... It's different from what media tell us.
It's an attempt from the court to ensure that noone will get hurt, neither cis or trans. Actually, it's full of empathy. We'll see what future will bring.

I'm trying to understand what the hell the Supreme Court has done and it's so beautifully vague that the only practical implication I see is that if I break a law and go to jail, I'll be jailed with men who'll be obliged to treat me like a lady 🙃
