That's pretty bl**dy shocking. Clearly no-one in any sort of authority appears to have given a stuff. And now that it's actually collapsed just a couple of cheap "Route Closed" signs and job done!

A great collection of photos Ben, from a fab day in the hills. Hard to believe that you met nobody else, but hey, their/our loss. Was very busy in the Ochils but good clear views: Dreish/Mayar to Goatfell and all points in between. Cairngorms looked cloudier from here than your pictures suggest.
