I've always adored how the 60s Astro Boy series just occasionally had really good animation for like a shot or two before going back to like shoestring budget 60s anime shots and it was NEVER consistent on when it was going to happen.

Y'know what, that's valid. I've got beef with them for shelving Gigantic too. There was so much potential... But I'm not too miffed about it 'cus I've got my own Jack and the Beanstalk project and I'm happy enough with that. :>
