Indigenous groups say they weren't even properly consulted ON THIS BILL, so how can they trust that they'll be consulted on projects that it might be applied to?

Speaking of consultation, the NDP broke their CARGA agreement with the Greens by unilaterally invoking closure, which limits debate. 2/
