By the way Daryl, your choice of doing the film in B&W was the way. The only way. I loved the up close distorted film noir you imposed. It was gravitating to the senses.
Everyone in the theater felt they were at the concerts.

@dhlovelife.bsky.social Daryl Hannah… excellent job on the film. I just got off the phone with Bob Rice. It was epic in every way!!! I’m calling Bill Asher in the morning to congratulate him on a fine job well done.
I was in tears at the end.

We’re going to see the Neil Young movie “Coastal” tonight. Stoked about this.
I’m sure Daryl Hannah did a great job. Hoping my friend John Hanlon gets some credit. Awesome engineer.

So long Terry Manning.
You were an extraordinary friend and genius musician, engineer and producer.
Your legacy will resonate for the rest of my life and your friendship will always shine brightly.
I will never forget you and the impact you had on the world of music and my life.

I just finished restoring these V-72 preamps from 1963.
They sound amazing.

2 months away from social has made a positive difference in my life. Being away from every news cycle has cleansed my psyche.
Being more attentive to the real important elements of life has made me a better person.

America voted for a Nazi to be president.
I did not. There was a time when treasonous politicians and individuals were held accountable by Capitol punishment. Evidently, those rules have changed.
I won’t forget or forgive.
Fuck you Trump.

I haven’t posted in quite awhile. It seems that these days, my need to say anything on the social wire doesn’t mean much.
However, I do see a need to share some positives.
Play music, love the ones you know and hope for good promises to be kept.
That’s about all of it.
Otherwise I hit mute.

Playing my Rainsong Carbon Fiber acoustic guitar tonight.
It’s bringing me much needed peace and happiness.

I had a long time companion extracted today… an upper Molar that gave up.
I feel like a horse kicked me in the face but it hurts good.
Glad it’s over and onward to an improved set of teeth.
A bridge to happiness so to speak. 😄

Not even 2 weeks into our nightmare of this joke called “Administration “ and it’s already crashed and burning. There isn’t one person capable of leadership. There isn’t a single Republican who has the balls to call this asshole out for who he is and the mess he’s made.
@Americasucks.

My first full week off of Facebook and newsfeeds has been a startling albeit refreshing departure.
It’s strange, because I’ve been locked into social media for 20 years and it helped me thrive.
Nowadays it’s just a wasteland of missed opportunity and sadness.
Our mojo seems to be gone.

I had the good fortune to rehearse with the band I’m in, The Amosphere, last night in preparation for our next slate of gigs beginning soon!
Our Spring calendar is filling up quick. Great new material is going to be sweet. So happy!

The new flag of Trump’s USA. This is what “they” voted for. It’s all on them.

@rzollos.bsky.social we love us some Reaz!!!

I found a great Art supply store today. They had in stock, Artists Tape.
That white tape that’s been used for decades on recording consoles as scribble strips to identify which channel had which instrument or microphone.
I am stoked to finally have a roll. It’s been years!

It felt real good to get out and perform electrical work today. I love to solve problems and save clients money.

Listening to “High Falls” by the Allman Brothers Band.
It keeps me together when I’m stressed. Especially today when I need a lot of hope that things will turn out okay.
A perfect cleaning the house performance by one of the greatest bands ever.

Looking at the various feeds today, I’m not a bit surprised by the behavior and lack of respect for the high office of our nation.
We are now a complete joke to the rest of the world.
I thought 2016 was the worst but it looks like the worst is yet come.
Fuck you Donald Trump.

Good morning Bluebirds.
As we awake to a day of infamy, in which we witness the dismemberment of our Democracy, we can gather our collective powers of rebellion and protest and put them to use.
Begin by refusing to spend money at any establishment that supports the new regime.

Had a great time with our local tribe tonight. A group of friends and family that have gathered for years.
A great time of stories, food and music that enrich our souls.
So glad we can do this.
It makes life so much better.
We all need a lot of this.

Successfully logged out of the Meta junk pile. Deleted the app in all of my devices.
It won’t change anything but at least my conscious is good. I’ll be happier and more productive.

My first post is a positive.
Glad to be here among the finest people I’ve ever known, migrating to the Blue from and the scorched wasteland , red overgrown.
I will look forward to being part of the good conversations and camaraderie that progressives possess.
Love to you all!
